Inviting a Member
➤ How to invite someone to your workspace
Go to the Workspace page
Click the "Invite members" button (top right)
Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
Click "Send invite"
The invited person will receive an email with a link to join your workspace.
➤ What happens after sending an invitation?
If the invited person already has an account:
They receive an email with a link to the invitation page
They log in and see all pending invitations
They select your workspace and click "Accept Invitation"
They are added as a "member" and redirected to the dashboard
If the invited person doesn't have an account:
They receive an email with a link to create an account
After registration, they are automatically redirected to the invitation page
They accept the invitation and join as a "member"
The standard onboarding process is skipped for invited users

Maximum members | 5 members per workspace (including owners) |
One invitation per email | Only one pending invitation per email address |
No expiration | Invitations do not expire |
Deleting an Invitation
➤ How to cancel a pending invitation
Go to the Workspace page
Find the pending member in the team members table (they have an "pending" badge)
Click the "three dots menu (⋮)" on the right
Select "Delete"
The invitation is immediately cancelled and the person can no longer join using that invitation.
➤ Resending an invitation
If the invited person didn't receive the email or lost it:
Find the pending member in the table (they have an "pending" badge)
Click the "three dots menu (⋮)" on the right
Select "Resend invitation"
A new email will be sent to them with the correct link.
Managing Member Roles

Owner | Full access: can invite members, change roles, delete members, access workspace settings |
Member | Limited access: can use the workspace features but cannot manage team members |
➤ How to change a member's role
Go to the Workspace page
Find the member in the team members table
Click the "three dots menu (⋮)" on the right
Select "Make owner" or "Make member"
The role change takes effect immediately.

Go to the Workspace page
Find the member in the team members table
Click the "three dots menu (⋮)" on the right
Select "Delete"
The member is immediately removed from the workspace.

If the member belongs to multiple workspaces:
They are only removed from your workspace
Their account remains active
They can still access their other workspaces
If your workspace is their only workspace:
They are removed from the workspace
Their account may be deleted (if they are not the workspace creator)

Yes, you can promote multiple members to owner role. All owners have the same permissions.
