How to restart your billing cycle?

Restart your billing cycle from your dashboard

You may need to restart your billing cycle if you require credits immediately but do not wish to upgrade your plan. Follow these steps to proceed:

Go to the Plans & Pricing page:



Navigate to the upgrade page by clicking here.

Click on "Restart My Billing Cycle"



Once on the upgrade page, locate and click the "Restart My Billing Cycle" button - Follow any on-screen prompts to confirm your action.

Your billing cycle will be reset, and you will receive a credit for your current plan. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our support team.
